"I've stayed for a week. Overall a very good hotel. Pool area was clean and was easy to find a sunbed. Rooms are a bit dated, but kept clean for the most part. I'd recommend it and would consider coming back if I were to visit Jerez again.
My only complaint is my room was right above the restaurant and although it closes at midnight, both Friday and Saturday nights, people stayed beyond that and they were loud."

Whilst the location of the hotel is approximately a 10 mins walk from the centre of the old town it is easily found and the hotel and staff were very good. Upon our arrival we were assisted with luggage and arrangements with a sherry tour details at Gonzales Byass; they telephones to check next timings for the English tour. We were advised on other sights and given restaurant recommendations; la cruz blanca we used twice and was very good; we were unable to try out the pool or breakfast but I...

Love this hotel! Been coming for many years and this time I brought my family with me, they also love it & want to return.
Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Anita, it was a nice touch that she remembered me. Our rooms were as requested, pleasant rooms all with a balcony and outdoor patio furniture. The bathrooms are a good size and well equipped.

There were signs to this hotel in Jerez which made it easy to find by car. The room was a reasonable size and had a comfy bed. It was clean and modern. Nice pool. Next to a shopping area . The breakfast was ok but you could also go to a cafe in the shopping area next door for a cheaper breakfast if you wanted to.The staff booked the bodega trip and a taxi for us. We had booked the dancing Horses show ahead of the trip.

Check in was straightforward. Our room wasn’t ready but the lady on reception said she would ring me as soon as it was available. She showed us to some lockers to leave our cases. I received a call about an hour later to say the room was ready. We had been upgraded to an apartment for 4, it was lovely and clean and very spacious. We had some complementary Cava and several bottles of water. The location was perfect- within walking distance to the beach and all the main attractions. There were...

Amazing view from our room, well worth booking a gorge view as you also are facing 200 metres of fresh air with a spectacular view rather then a busy street
Staff friendly and helpful, suggested good tapas places which are all across the bridge in the new town, a 400m easy walk

We chose this hotel as it seemed a central base for exploring the sherry triangle and Cádiz. As the other towns are quite close there didn't seem to be much point in moving every couple of days, so we stayed for a week. We love these historic buildings and this one has been nicely restored to become a family run hotel. The family were always available but never imposing. We had a really quiet big room with a little ante room. It was very clean with fresh towels and sheets every day and a really...

When we arrived we were instantly upgraded at no extra cost from a two bed room to an apartment. This was great except the cleaner kept forgetting to leave the tea/coffee every morning as the apartment was self catering. If anything it gave us too much room. Carolina on reception was the most helpful person we have come across, she was extremely knowledgeable and booked various activities for us, even sorting out a taxi at the last minute to get us to the airport because our original transport...
