Great location, good sized room, good nights sleep. Breakfast is quite basic but we knew this and found enough to eat for us. Loads of cafe/bars just outside that are open for breakfast if you want more substantial breakfast. Overall excellent value for money and would recommend. Especially location just a couple of minutes walk to Plaza de Arenal

Well located hotel - short walk to the centre of town, easy walking distance from the train station Good tapas bars on street opposite hotel - used by local people so not tourist prices. Friendly and helpful staff . Very happy to recommend

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Really appreciated the complimentary upgrade. Very hot during our stay but no issues keeping the temperature pleasant. Nice continental breakfast that we enjoyed at the outside courtyard tables. Nice touch to have access to coffee, teas, water, pastries etc throughout the day. Very clean and all staff very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend and stay again.

Lovely property. Well placed for sightseeing, shopping and eating. Air conditioning was excellent. The room was huge. Being British, a few more tea bags and a bit more milk would have been good.

Great location, beautiful hotel, confortable beds. What makes this hotel outstanding is the staff. Thank you to Pablo and Nazaret for their recommendations of places to eat and drink and Nazareth's invaluable help to trace a medical equipment that my husband lost on one of our walks. I would definitely stay in this palacio when I return to Jerez!
