Handy location near a taxi rank and close to a stop for the big red tour bus for Jerez. Reception staff were quite friendly and checked us in with no problem, but later on requesting a rubber non-slip bath mat, they were baffled! Someone in housekeeping must have known though, because we did get ...
The hotel was amazing located near a lot of restaurants that were walking distance. Staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Dated property but good proximity to airport. Staff friendly, breakfast buffet lovely, but rooms stuffy. Small parking area, so you may have to park on the street. Easy walking distance to several restaurant options. Pool area was nice and clean.
Ground floor rooms were bit noisy, minor deal but no tissues in rooms, limited updates on toiletries, but probably a good thing as so much waste there.
Good location in the Old City and all the interesting areas of Jerez, Cathedral, Azcabal, Sherry tasting and producers all within a few minutes walk.
Lovely spacious hotel set in lovely grounds. Beautiful swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast is excellent and so is the evening buffet. Completely quiet air con in roomand nice size balcony
