"Hotel is in a fantastic location opposite the bullring and only a couple of minutes walk to the bridge. Room was very spacious, a superb bathroom and everything was immaculate. The breakfast offer was superb, with a full selection of both continental and English breakfast. The staff are fantastic, so helpful and so friendly. All public areas of the hotel are so clean. The pool facilities on the 5th floor roof are fantastic - so relaxing after a day's walking and exploring. The views from the roof must be the best in Ronda. Thank you to everyone at the Catalonia Ronda. You and your hotel are amazing. We shall be back again."

"This was possibly the most exquisite hotel ever, under $300/night. We felt so pampered, and enjoyed the night sky, morning sunrise, and cathedral towers from our balcony. Staff was super helpful. Complimentary breakfast from the menu was delicious. Worth a trip to Spain, by itself!"

"Very helpful staff. Valet parking available. Rooms were good, although or room which faced the back of the hotel was quite noisy in the evening hours as it overlooked a busy plaza filled with restaurants. The downstairs lounge area is dated and the elevators leading to the upstairs floors were confusing."

"We loved our stay in Ronda. The Parador was wonderful and in the perfect location. The hotel is absolutely fabolous, a must for travelers with parking conveniently located in the lower level of the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding as well. Rooms are large and lovely. Thank you for beautiful stay in a lovely setting."

"The purpose of our trip was to attend the 2026 WAWE Working Equitation World Championships. There were three of us in our party, so we stayed in the junior suite, which was very spacious and accommodated all three adults quite comfortably. Our room was excellent, the pool was beautiful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious—especially the outstanding breakfast. The location was also ideal: within walking distance of La Escuela and only 1 kilometer from the Stage 18 finish line of La Vuelta. The city center was walkable as well, although we preferred taking a taxi there and walking back. The only negative experience involved one server. During our first visit, he seemed reluctant to serve us. On our second visit, he took our drink order but never brought the drinks, leaving us waiting for approximately 30 minutes until another server came to assist us. She was wonderful and provided excellent service. Despite this isolated issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return."

"Nice hotel close to the centre of Jerez and within walking distance of the main attractions. It's a bit dated and could do with a refurb but it suited us fine as we were only staying for one night. It has a nice foyer and breakfast room. Selection at breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
