There is spiders and spider webs along the cornice in all the rooms. The toilet seat in the ensuite was not clean, there is urine all around the top of the toilet and around the fittings of the toilet seat. It is advertised as having garage parking, however there is no remote to operate the garage door. The front door entrance is filthy, old grass...
