Located just 10-minutes from Laidley’s town centre, and a further 60-minutes to Brisbane, this unique property presents an entry to the highly sought-after Australian off grid lifestyle paired with luxurious family living and entertaining. Inside, the home showcases an aesthetic of harmonious simplicity and uninhibited openness. The warmth of the afternoon sun and truly captivating views of the mountains are welcomed into the spacious open-plan deck and living area, creating an unparalleled living experience. It was surrounded by dense forrest and completely tranquil. Kids (young) loved running around and collecting sticks and rocks. We loved hiking through the forest. The house is off grid with solar/battery electricity (with huge capacity - enough to charge my car!). A really relaxing holiday. My three sons ran around like dogs being let off the leash and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the surrounding bush, riding bikes and trapping frogs. We found everything we needed in the house and the beds were extremely comfortable especially the bunk bed. The neighbours were friendly (and patient!) too.
