The bedding and towels and cups - cleanliness was great. The door security chain was broken. It was difficult to understand the owners (Language accent). No breakfast on the weekend although that I was not advised before I came. The owners refunded the monies I paid for breakfast. The immediate gardens were beautiful.

The room was comfortable & clean & the bed was great. What I found lacking was crockery & utensils. I stayed for a number of nights & had bought food when I wasn't eating out. I had to buy a bowl to eat my cereal & luckily I carry utensils in my car.

Room was clean, beds were clean and comfortable. Overall property bit dated but has huge potential. Gardens bit neglected. Room had microwave but no cutlery and crockery, so whatever you were going to cook or heat you couldn’t eat as no cutlery. No toaster. Advertised pool, but it was not useable. Advertised restaurant/bar but that was permanently closed. So, for just a room, I found it to be a bit on the expensive side.
