Reception very helpful to me. Steakhouse was good. My stay was erroneously double booked by travel agent and myself. It was picked up on the morning of check-in by hotel staff who rang me to check. Had to go off premises & downstairs to smoke on the street, which isn’t ideal for a single female, yet other worse behaviours were expected to be tolerated by myself eg screaming kids & cursing mother & constant noise with doors slamming next door at all hours, yet despite having the quiet balcony, I had to put up with the cursing & screaming next door, yet not allowed to smoke on a balcony when all other windows were closed.
