Great breakfast and treats

Our recent 2 night stay was a delight. Large, family suite catered to our every need. Friendly, attentive staff and nice 'unique' touches made this a great choice for our family break in Charleston. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were some of the best I've ever had in a hotel. I will be sure to recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting the city.

The Loutrel is a very stylish hotel - modern and bright, with friendly and helpful staff. Lots of lovely free snacks, room mini bar with a free cocktail hour each day. We highly recommend and will return if ever back in Charleston.

A very pleasant surprise.

Fantastic room, we were in the residence for our honeymoon and it felt like a home away from home. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, from taking us in the jeep to the waterfront, to helping us at 539

Modern and good size accommodation. Easy to drive into Charleston. Breakfast items could be improved eg cooked items/fresh fruit salad/yogourts

Beautiful hotel in a great location

Really pleased with our stay at Staybridge. Had not realised breakfast was included, so that was a bonus! And the breakfast offering was lovely, plenty of it, plenty of choice, well presented.... Staff were all helpful, friendly and efficient, rooms and everywhere spotlessly clean, new towels every day. Facilities? No evening restaurant, ( but thats why they were suites with kitchenettes), swimming pool was merely a plunge pool and right next to the car park! Thanks Staybridge for a great...

This was perfect hotel made to feel welcome and staff couldn’t do enough for us, we were greeted with drinks and snacks and the rooms are really nice and clean and big very good hotel

This was our first visit to Charleston which was part of our USA road trip from the UK. We were happy we chose this hotel, the location was excellent being right in the heart of the French Quarter, the duplex suite was spacious with an upstairs bedroom, ensuite bathroom & balcony. There was a lounge with sofa bed, kitchen & toilet on the ground floor. The parking garage was free & located round the corner.

Incredible check-in/front desk staff. Large, comfortable room.
