"Everything was good. I know they have an option to do check out late (instead 11am, to 2pm). The fee is $55. Is too much in my opinion for another 3 hours."

"Oceanfront suites were roomy and the kitchenette was Convenient. Staff was friendly and very helpful. This is one of my favorite hotels in the Myrtle Beach area."

"Pros: maintained well, up to date, a lot nicer than vast majority of other oceanfront hotels in Myrtle Beach, awesome room layout (separate bedroom with door), fully furnished kitchen with trial sizes of dishwashing and laundry detergent, partial ocean view is still very nice especially when higher up, loved that the shower has a separate sprayer with a hose, Crabtree & Evelyn shower products. Cons: no one wanted to help get a cart for us to use to bring up our luggage (we had to use our beach cart and make multiple trips), went to the Starbucks within the hotel and no actual Starbucks workers was working just hotel staff and they made our drink completely wrong, the parking garage is 2 blocks away if you don’t pay for valet parking."

"The property looked as advertised, check in was smooth, a lot to do at the resort to keep the kids occupied, good amenities and the staff were friendly. Our three bedroom oceanfront condo was nice. It could have used more cooking utensils, pots, and pans, and they could do a little better cleaning. The room was not nasty, but just not as clean as I would have liked for it to be. For example, the stove needed to be cleaned better baseboards were not clean, some corners of the floors were a little dirty. We did not see any bugs inside of our unit so overall, yes we will stay again."
