Hotel was good but the parking was a total scam. Price gouging was prominent and there was little to no options nearby. The valet wasn’t much cheaper and no parking lot attached/discounted to the hotel. It was about $40/day +tax and fees.

I loved the property's location, but I was disappointed with the services. The phone in the room did not work. This would not have been a problem if there had been any other way to contact the front desk, room service, maintenance, etc.

The location on King St is vibrant and convenient. Many good restaurants are within walking distance. We walked to the City Market and back. It was a fun walk with many high end shops along the way. The afternoon tea with music (piano) is pleasant after an active day.

This property was in a very good location- walking distance to all the popular places to visit. The room was a nice room however there needed to be more lighting and the shower had no water pressure our entire stay.

If you are looking for a place to stay that is within walking distance to the best parts of downtown Charleston, Indigo Inn is a great option. Charming courtyard, nice extras, and within two blocks of several city tour locations. Rooms were comfortable, temperature controlled, and well turned out. We will be going back.

"Very friendly staff, rooms were very clean. Didn't have a microwave in the room just a community one in the lobby which was weird. I will say ine downside is i could hear the floor above me toiliet flushing and shower running. That was annonying. Overall nice place to stay."
