"I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly situated in walking distance to the City Market. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and updated. Very nice and I would stay here again. I rated comfort 4 stars for one reason alone - I took 2 showers while I was there and neither time was I able to get the water to warm up to barely above freezing. I like hot showers and thoroughly hated both showers because the water would not warm up no longer how long I left it running. To be fair, I was there on business and only stayed one night, so I did not take the time to report the issue to the front desk. The staff was very friendly and helpful, so they probably would have at least tried to correct the issue if I brought it to their attention at the time I was there. "

One of the highlights was the rooftop bar, which offered incredible views and a fun atmosphere in the evenings. The location is perfect as well—right in the heart of Charleston, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Overall, The Vendue provided the perfect mix of hospitality, comfort, and style. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston!"
