"Staff is super friendly and flexible; it is a family owned and run business; they make you feel part of the family; town is super cute and one of the examples of "Fachwerk" houses I have seen in Germany. Also steeped in history. The castle was a seat of one of the most important rulers of Germany. Definitely worth a visit and overnight stay. Great dinner options in the old town center."

"When I stood before the same address, Pezzalottistr 5 in a neighbouring town ( my GPS mistake) and sent an email to the hotel, the person behind the desk reacted immediately, and guided me to the right place. Staff in general was very friendly. The garage is a plus, and the hotel is a pleasant walk away from the city center. "

"As a big chain hotel, we generally knew it was going to be a good familiar choice. We loved the surroundings and found the Bikini ART Museum attached to the hotel to fun addition. "On my way to Heilbronn I got an email saying my booking had been cancelled. When I got there the man told me they have issues with Expedia bookings and it was fully booked. However as I’d already paid I decided to wait around, and managed to get a room as someone didn’t turn up. Also someone in the next room was very loud all night but that was probably just a one-off. Overall the price was good and the service was alright once there, but I would highly recommend booking directly with them...
