As a big chain hotel, we generally knew it was going to be a good familiar choice. We loved the surroundings and found the Bikini ART Museum attached to the hotel to fun addition. Lots of parking available as well as a gas station, variety store and restaurant. Check-in was a bit slow because we had to input our information into a tablet ourselves.

Overall horrible ac didn’t work and they offered us a free drink but it was a super hot day and we wanted to switch room which they didn’t let us. Then they threatened to kick us out and we still don’t have a refund 2 weeks after the stay. Most horrible place I ever stayed at

We booked a room for 3 adults but on arrival they only had two single beds for the room so we were charged extra. When booking a room for 3 people you shouldnt have to be charged extra to have the right amount of bed in your room.

The pictures online are extremely misleading! This is a hotel at a rest stop/gas station. My wife and daughter had to checkin at the gas station as the front desk closes at 9pm. My wife called about a late checkin as she and my daughter were at Palmer Paradies. No warning. No sign at the checkin. Horrible experience! Breakfast is in the gas station. Do not believe the pictures on the sites! Angles. Misleading!!!!

Gebucht war ein 3 Bettzimmer mit Balkon. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und Balkon. Nach den wir nachgefragt haben , bekamen wir ein 3 Bettzimmer ohne Balkon. Anscheinend gibt es ein 3 Bettzimmer mit Balkon gar nicht.

Beetje lastig de ingang te vinden. Het best western hotel is blijkbaar van plaza hotels. Ontbijt en avondeten is in ‘restaurant’ van het tankstation, aan de andere kant van het parkeerterrein. Ontbijt was wel goed geregeld, genoeg keus.
