The community of Viva Jaco is really beautiful, however, keep in mind that being a new place, there are still constructions in progress in some parts, so it is possible that during the day you can hear sounds caused by them. Even so, the beauty of the condominium and the excellent location are superior. The apartment is very nice and clean. We especially loved the super comfortable sofa for watching movies at night. The beach, great restaurants, and convenient stores are all close by. The only downside is that some guests don’t respect the swimming pool designated for swimmers, using it for play despite there being two other pools available for that. Overall, highly recommended. We will definitely visit again.
