"where do i begin .staff were so helpful friendly and on top of everything .hotel was very clean .breakfast was amazing and different menu everyday ,fresh fruits and fresh made baked goods ...i had dinner at the restaurant the food was very well and the price was very affordable.it was close to so many shops and restaurants .very walkable .upon checking out the electricity was out. They brought my 2 heavy laugages downstairs and even to taxi cab for me .so far one of the best hotels i have been in Türkiye.10 out of 10 "

"We loved staying here. If you didn’t want to leave the complex for excursions etc, there was no need. Everything you needed was within the complex itself. Staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. We really enjoyed the variety of entertainment in the evenings and the restaurants on site were lovely, great food and atmosphere all round. "

"Last minute 2 day getaway for baby shopping for my daughter (girl no.3) we stayed top floor large apartment also eith us my 10 & 6 yr old frand daughters. It was modern, clean and spacious. Although if you wanted to cook or have a drink there wasnt really anything to use but we ate out anyway. Breakfast was lovely and plenty. Staf were always around, nice and helpful. Very near to eveywhere. walking distance to the seafront where there are lots of shops, bars, restaurant's & parks. No car park if youre driving. I would definitely book here again. Happy New Year"

"After reading the terrible reviews about this hotel we were very hesitant about our stay. However we were greeted very cheerfully by the manager and given an immediate upgrade to a sea view room. The hotel was spacious and very nicely furnished. We were also allowed to go to the bar even though we were early. The bar hosted Tuborg Summer Beer on draught so that was a big plus. The lovely young lady on the bar was very chatty and helpful. No it is not on the beach but it is very close. We were also suprised by the food. Yes there was a small choice but it was plentiful. The deserts were not to our taste but maybe others would enjoy them. There was plenty of meat dishes and outside the grill was on too. There was also fish the second night. Really for the price we paid we were very happy. The staff were lovely especially Emri and the lovely girl on the bar. Very pleased!!!"

"Probably the best all inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The food was incredible, the pool area, beach, bars, rooms all 100% afternoon tea was lovely. A calm but beautiful hotel. Only thing I would change is the pillows, very hard, but I can live with it"
