"室内が綺麗に見えて汚かったです。。。お布団もカビ臭かったので、主人は使わずに寝てました。
お皿もベタつきありで、何度も洗い直しました。
洗剤がきっと中身と外見が違う気がします。油汚れの落ち具合が悪過ぎました。
ただ、宿泊に際しての対応は早くて丁寧で良いと思います。
二度目はな いと思いますが、ありがとうございました。"

"We loved staying in Gora! Highly recommend venturing to this part of Japan! The Open Art Museum was easy to get to and a treat! We truly enjoyed the onsen, sauna and cold plunge, adding a spa like experience to our stay. Overall a very relaxing visit."

"The bottom floor with the sauna, onsen and showers was incredible. There was a staff only door which was a little concerning near the bedrooms (which do not have a lock) but my group did not have any issues during our stay. The check in was a little troubling, we get there at night."
