This hotel listing is fake. There’s no such a hotel. The address is fake. The posted pictures are fake. The hotel is NOT CONNECTED TO AIRPORT as stated. Their airport shuttle took me to “the great hotel” which is much further away from airport than the listed address. They don’t tell you that before hand. They will say “oh Union hotel has many locations and we take people there depending on availability”. I am a traveler and have never encountered this before. Many other reviews reported the same. My guess is that they made a listing with the fake info to lure customers in.
The different physical hotel has a heating problem. They have heated floors and they cannot control the temperature so the rooms get too hot and then you have to turn the AC on. There was no hot water in the bathroom, only warm water. The bed sheets were dirty with body hair all over.
This is unacceptable from Expedia. I reported the issue and asked that the listing be removed immediately. They said they cannot remove it but they will review it in the future. Disappointing as many other traveler will be mislead meanwhile.
