"It was a beautiful property in a great location. Very clean and spacious ! We felt very welcomed and safe. Would definitely return there. Easy to go anywhere and close to the Florya Beach. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby! Amazing!"
"We normally stay in the Sultanahmet area of Istanbul. This was our first stay in this area. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay as a family of 6. The apartment was spacious, clean and close to cafes, restaurants and other amenities.
The staff were friendly and in particular Zain was really helpful and always welcomed us with a smile.
Would definitely recommend. "
"Stayed for two nights to visit an exhibition. Safe, new hotel opened in 6 months. Well decorated, ergonomic large room with a large bed, very clean and new utilities. It was sufficient for me for two nights. King size breakfast at downstair restaurant at a reasonable price. Not experienced a dinner but expecting good food also. "The staff was excellent and very cooperative. The bathroom and the entire property were stunningly clean, which made our stay truly beautiful. However, charging €20 for each cleaning feels way too expensive, and that part I’m not happy with. Otherwise, everything was really good.

"It is a 5 star hotel but can use some decor updates. The buffet is great, the pool is lovely. Right next to Aquarium and a large mall with many restaurants. Just be aware it is not in the middle of Istanbul, but further over on the European side.. with traffic it took over 2 hrs to get from SAW airport"
"We were greated with immediate valet service at the door. And 2 very proffesional and nice workers helped us with both bags and reception.
At the reception Efe helped us for the check in - Efe was no ordinary worker, he was a exceptional one, professional, experienced, and welcoming. Huge credits to Efe, really good, Efe is the reason we will visit this hotel again. Big ups Efe.
The pool was lovely, although i didn't find the indoors one, the outdoors one was absolutely good. 5/5
I haven’t even mentioned the 24 hour room - service, without any hesitation or questions.
Cleanliness was top, 3,9/5 really good, bed sheets were clean and actually felt clean, and the room was also.
