The customer service at this hotel is terrible. When we arrived there was no one to greet us and no one to take luggage. The taxi driver that dropped us off was even angry and went to find someone to help us in the hotel. Eventually someone came out and told us to leave the luggage outside of the hotel and someone would collect it in a bit.
Electricity went in the room and despite calling reception 4 times no one came to fix. Had to resolve the issue myself as found the fuse box hidden in the wardrobe. I explained that I need the electricity to make infant milk for my 3 month old. Clearly did not make a difference.
Similarly had same issue with mini fridge was not working and technician came out and plugged in but still did not work.
Couldn’t be bothered to ask to resolve again after previous experience.
The location is not great, it’s just of the dual carriage way and there is no pavement to walk on if you want to access the shops on the following road.
When we checked out no staff helped to take luggage into taxi
For such a big hotel, there seemed to be hardly any staff at hand.
For a high rated hotel, I was surprised to see that they only provide in room, sachet of coffee and one tea bag, no other tea options and the cups were made out of paper and not big enough to make tea in.
Otherwise room was clean and tidy and soap showering items provided. Slippers provided.
Will not be staying here again and do not recommend.
