I had a wonderful stay at this property. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, providing a very comfortable environment to relax. A special thanks to Mert, Bahar and the rest of the staff, who were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I also highly enjoyed the breakfast selection and the relaxing spa facilities. Highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel with great amenities. The breakfast is very tasteful, rooms service anytime you need it. Unlimited coffee, and tea. Beautiful pool, workout area etc. I stayed for 10 days. Also close to Istanbul Mall which is very big with May stores

Clean rooms, pleasant staff and beautiful design . Although, needs maintenance such as broken / ripped curtain from the hangers, textile or wall paper chipped off in a few spots. Also, there was some kind of transparent substance on the floor that is dried off but stuck to the floor. Rooms have glass tops on all surfaces and require more cleaning from finger prints and marks. Breakfast is available for a fee while having choices , very few varieties for pastry with mostly breads available. Spa has a very beautiful large sauna, steam room, showers and pools.

It’s a very nice hotel. The staff are great, especially ILAYDA at the reception desk and ISMIR the valet-bellman. It is safe secure and clean, I would definitely stay here again.

Seyda at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, and the pool area was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only issue we experienced was that the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough; other than that, everything was amazing.

Room very spacious, nice bathroom with 2 sinks. Could be more plugs on the wall. Amazing spa fitness area with a real semi olympic pool (25mtr length) a large gym and spacious hammam/ finish sauna. The staff is really dedicated and helpful. Thanks to Mert fod a fast check- in with all details. The staff and the amenitiea are really making it a luxury hotel
