Outrageous pathetic

Terrible I never checked in I was stranded as hotel receptionist said no rooms available while I booked and had confirmation email I was in middle of no where midnight stranded but I’ll obviously post about it on my university daily portal also would involve some news agency of the trucks you guys play disgusting of how you guys makes us pay and then hotels don’t have rooms

Good hotel very close to transportation, good room service, reception staff are all great especially, Abuzer and Tezcan are trying to help with anything or question, I will extend my stay for another 4 days
