My husband became extremely ill the last day and we had to change our flight. Paid for the latest checkout and then went down to pay for another night as he was still too ill to fly. Staff wouldn’t even apply the late checkout fee we had paid towards the full price extra night we then paid for even under the circumstances. Won’t stay here or recommend to family or friends even though it’s the closest to our new home.
