"Staff: Was a little bit reserved. Seemed like they didn’t want to get in to a conversation with customers. Though they were not rude or anything but the energy was I have lot of other work so don’t bother me. My experiences at all other Hilton properties in this trip with staff has been amazing so could see the difference. Breakfast: The standard english breakfast I am used to is hash browns, beans, boiled tomatoes and mushrooms (all the veg stuff). Some of it was missing here. And yes, porridge is a must. Room: This is with all the Hampton Inns I have stayed in this trip. Heating doesn’t start even when the temperature is increased."
