The staff members were very nice and helpful but couldn’t do much for us in upgrading our room as they claim they never got our requests from the 3rd-party broker. "

We stopped at this hotel for a week in 2025 and were blown away by the quality of this hotel. "Love this place!! Staff was awesome, the grounds are well maintained and the room exceeded our expectations. Cute decor and was really quiet, parking was a breeze. Had everything we needed and it is right across the street from the beach, literally RIGHT across the street. It is about a half mile walk to the downtown area for restaurants and shopping, but there is a quick hamburger/hotdog place in the same block that was convenient for a quick bite (really good fries). If you are looking to shark tooth hunt, they have scoops and floating sifters available. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"I liked the inclusive breakfast. Room (mostly bathroom) was not throughly clean. Couldn’t access my hotel room past a certain hour and the staff mentioned that sometimes there are issues with the keys not opening, which I found it frustrating."

"Great location on beach with convenient lounge chairs and umbrellas. Kids also loved the new pool. Many restaurants within walking distance but they get crowded. Our 2nd visit there and will be back in future."
