Excellent facilities, great food. Visited numerous times & always love it. Recommend the Spa, best to upgrade to a suite with sea view if you can. The hotel is placed halfway between the town centre & Rubicon Marina on the walkway by the sea which gives you the option to turn left or right for a stroll or different restaurants to compliment those at the hotel & to provide additional variety.

Have just returned from ten days at the Hisperia ,our second visit . A perfect stay, this hotel is lovely with a great location right by the beach of playa dorado, with the marina Rubicon one side and shops and restaurants the other. The pools are lovely and always plenty of sunbeds. The food is also good and you would be hard pushed not to find something you like, the desserts are particularly yummy . The staff are helpful and the rooms were kept spotless .

Nice hotel, lovely rooms and amazing food! Close to supermarket and shops and numerous restaurants and bars. A 3 min walk from the beach. Has a small shop on site for gifts and booking excursions. My advice would be to book a sea view room (away from the hustle and bustle of the evening and pool entertainment) and go half board to take advantage of the amazing food. An absolutely gorgeous hotel; fantastic food, amenities, entertainment and children’s activities. But, above all else, the staff are awesome. I went on holiday with my 5 year old son after losing my wife and his mum to cancer 6 months previous. It was his first holiday abroad and my first without my wife. Many tears were shed but the staff went above and beyond to make this holiday special, I will never forget their kindness to me and especially my boy.

Great location as it is an easy walk into the hills or villages nearby. Best spa I have ever been to and brilliant value at 60 Euros per week. The la calletta restaurant is a must as the tasting menu is brilliant.

We spent a week in this new, tastefully designed hotel. The highlight for us was the ‘chill area’ with its architectural awnings, white curtains and comfortable loungers. The only downside, in our opinion, was Puerto del Carmen itself which is very commercialised. However there are some restaurants with nice views overlooking the port. Beautiful hotel set on the lower slopes of Lanzarote, looking out on to the sea. The hotel is stunningly designed, with large rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a great pool. It is secluded and with only 20. rooms, it feels like a personally curated experienced. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the food was absolutely delicious with a wide choice. Accommodation was very comfy and spacious. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would return to this hotel.

Service was exceptional from the moment we arrived at reception. We arrived several hours before check in time and we were given welcome drinks and allowed to go through the check in process and leave our luggage at reception whilst we went and explored Playa Blanca. When we got back at check in time, all was ready for us and our luggage had been delivered to our suite. The suite itself was very clean and spacious, and very comfortable. At the moment this hotel has a lot of building work going on. The big holiday Groups are giving clients some money back to keep them sweet. We did not know.

Beautiful apartments, clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need for a break away home from home. The friendliest helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. I truly did not want to come home.
