"The AC unit has a hole so the heat from the outside comes inside, so the room will never be cold the first night I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and there was roaches so they transferred me to a new room and in that room before I even got to settle in there was bed bugs on the towels in the bathroom just crawling and the bedsheets are all stained. It’s just the worst place to stay so I suggest you guys don’t spend your money, not worth it better to spend a little more."

"We stayed this past weekend for my daughter's softball tournament. Multiple families on the team stayed as well. All the rooms smelled strongly of weed. The rooms were not cleaned well and multiple locks were broken. Two of the families who were staying with us had to move rooms multiple because of locks being broken, mattresses dirty/stained (almost looked like it was in a flood) yellow stain on the bottom of the mattress that extended upward. When the one family asked to move because there was no lock on the door. The front desk said "maintenance will fix it tomorrow". Mind you when we first got there, the police just raided a room. There is no reason a mother and daughter should be expected to stay in a room with no lock. There were multiple hairs in the scrambled eggs. In the only working elevator there was some wet yellow sticky substance on the ground. They placed a wet floor sign proped against the wall but the whole weekend it was just there and no one cleaned it up. Overall I cant say much about staff, no one really ask if we needed help or even acknowledge us while there other then check in. Will not be staying here again!!"

"The room was very clean. I would have appreciated if there was a small chest or drawer I could use to store my clothes while staying. The front desk staff were helpful, but when calling for assistance over the phone, the staff appeared to be bothered and not cheerful to assist."

"Breakfast isn’t the best . Certain meats such as bacon, need's more cooking time . Waffles are okay but nothing I would want first thing in the morning. Food here is best for the bagels , muffins, and beverages. "

"I stayed at this hotel and had a very unpleasant experience. There was constant noise throughout the night, with people shouting and causing disturbances. One of the guests had a large truck and would start it every night between 12 AM and 3 AM, which was extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep. Additionally, there were individuals at the hotel who made the environment feel unsafe and inappropriate. It definitely did not feel like a place suitable for families. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet or family-friendly stay."
