The lobby was appealing to the eye but breakfast and coffee left you wanting to go get breakfast out. My husband also had trouble sleeping so he was watching tv in lobby at 3am, counter clerk would not let him change the channel, in fact removed the tv remote from the table where my husband was. There were no other guests in the lobby at 3am! The room was ok but the bathroom floor and tub had not been cleaned in a while. Disappointing to have a dirty bathroom!

Room okay, furniture out dated, with evidence of animal chewing on same. The parking lot and sidewalk not plowed or shoveled from snow or ice which was dangerous for all. The breakfast never had fruit or oatmeal during our 4 day stay. Our first time stay there was fantastic, but this one was disappointing!

The hotel smelt of smoke and the room smelt of urine. I paid for the protection option when booking and still wasn’t refunded my money. This was my first time booking here, I would never book here. The smell of smoke is throughout the hotel and the urine smell was in more than one room. Do not book here!!!
