"The ocean is right off the resort. Family friendly offering many amenities for families. Location is convenient for shopping, dining, exploring, and relatively easy commuting for attractions nearby. Lots of parking available including a large parking garage and a lot. Responsive staff when in need of something. Really enjoyed the ice cold water available at no cost in and out of the resort to hydrate their clients. Our 2nd time visiting this resort, one of our favorites when visiting OC. "

"Was here for a quick weekend getaway and it was worth every penny. It was clean, staff was friendly. It’s right on the boardwalk and seconds away from the sand. Would recommend if you’re staying in the area. "

"After a horrific experience at The Commander in which we only stayed a night, we quickly left and headed to the Monte Carlo. The room was spacious, smelled great, clean and comfortable. This hotel was definitely the saving grace for our family vacation."
