#### Great local place to stay. 

Had a great stay. Rooms spacious and clean. Staff was very nice. Asked daily if there was anything we needed. Location rt on the boardwalk was just what we needed. Will be back again year for sure.

Stayed for the Country Calling Festival. Right on the boardwalk & super close to the festival entrance. Quick walk to & from every day. Extremely friendly staff, super nice owner. Room was clean & spacious. Definitely served it's purpose. Would definitely stay for future festivals!

Location, location, location!!!! The room was a little out dated, but it was large, and service was great!!!! Employees were friendly and on premises for any questions. The owner was working the front desk and was so nice and friendly. She gave suggestions on things to do and gave us history of the hotel. Will definitely return. Thank you!

#### Nice little spot to view the boardwalk

Rooms are a little outdated but clean and comfortable. Having the balcony to sit on to people watch was great.

It's not fancy, but the room was large and clean, and parking is included and adequate. The pool was nice, and the location is great-- right on the boardwalk. There was a fridge and microwave in the room.

Staff was very friendly. The view was exceptional. We were oceanfront with a balcony. The hotel needs updating for sure. We had a king sized bed and the mattress was soft but the bed or frame was lopsided.ended up with a pinched nerve after three nights. Our room was also right above a cantina and on the boardwalk. Weekend noise is crazy. During the week it was quiet by 11 pm. If you don’t mind the outdated makeup of the motel this is a great place for convenience. Everything is right there.

staff was very friendly and helpful. easy access to the boardwalk. the only down fall was the internet, my son took his handheld game that requires internet and couldnt play it unless he was sitting by the pool.
