Everything is so beautiful in the resort and well tought of. We loved the design, the view, the staff, the pools, the batida restaurant and its chef Francois is also really nice and delicious. The breakfast is so worth it, and we loved the happy hours durings weekdays. The spas and saunas were also a big add on (for free) and we were happy the resort accepts tattoos as there are many that don’t. The area around is not as luxurious but very safe and the grocery store is nice to cook a meal in your bedroom if you feel like it. Only thing to upgrade would be there was no equipment to do the dishes so we had to use hand towels. Also if you want to go to a restaurant outside you better reserve before as we were refused because of lack of place. Overall it was on of the most beautiful hotel we went to." They have a service app that was helpful with most things but when it wasn’t working or it wasn’t a simple matter and you have to go through reception it is very difficult.
