Beautiful location with its own beach right out the door. The owner was very kind and spoke excellent English. He helped me sign up for excursions and I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinners with a view of the beach. Amazing part of the island and highly recommended

A lovely quiet stay

The hotel is located in a little village with just a few restaurants, but the next little town over has a little grocery store and a few more restaurants. The hotel itself has a restaurant and it was quite good and quite a good portion. The staff are wonderful and the owner speaks English! He was so very helpful, helping us get reservations, plan excursions and rent a car, such a nice and helpful fellow. It is also on a lovely beach on a calm protected bay and the sunsets and night sky are wonderful, as is the quiet!

I wish I could give this stay more than five stars! The owner and his wife went out of their way to make sure my every need was taken care of. Be aware there are two ferries from Ishigaki, and only one has a shuttle to the hotel. If you’re going to rent a car book it early, but the island is very doable without a car as long as you go with the flow. The hotel is close to the river ferry which takes you to waterfall hike. And there are many local tours for paddle boarding, canoeing into the mangroves, snorkeling, etc. The sunsets at the hotel are beautiful and there are hammocks on the roof for stargazing. The food was wonderful as well! Thank you for a wonderful, unforgettable stay!!

ロケーションが素晴らしいです。周りに何にも無い、森と、マングローブの茂る川と、目の前のきれいなビーチしか有りません。人もだれもいません。 受付のお姉さんが、「ぜひ、夜に屋上に出てください。素晴らしい夜景が見られます。」と教えてくれたので、夕焼けから星空まで屋上にいました。屋上には、リゾートっぽいいすがあって、それに座って、海の音を聞きながら、海の上の夕焼けと、その後に訪れる星空を見るのは、至福の時間です。 翌朝、ビーチにおりましたが、透き通る海と白い砂浜を独り占めです。たしかに、施設は古いしエレベーターもありません。（お姉さんが重い鞄を運んでくれました）でも、おもてなしの心と、豊かな本当の自然に包まれました。 こんなイイホテルなのに、私以外ほとんどお客さんがいないのがもったいないと思いました。

今回の西表島旅行で3泊お世話になりました ホテルの皆さんの対応が本当に素晴らしく、おかげで今回の旅が最高の思い出になりました 旅行では限られた時間の中で「どれだけ充実した時間を過ごせるか」を大切にしていますが、スタッフの皆さんの笑顔や温かい言葉、そして細やかな気配りのおかげで、毎日がとても心地よく過ごせました。皆さんの自然な笑顔は、旅の疲れや出来事をすべてねぎらってくれるような温かさがありそれだけで心がほっとする時間でした 特に印象的だったのは、こちらが質問したことだけに答えるのではなく一歩先を考えて声を掛けてくださったことです 「屋上から星空がとてもきれいに見えますよ」と教えていただいたおかげで、西表島ならではの満天の星空、天の川も見ることができました。あの景色は今回の旅の中でも忘れられない想い出です 実は今回、一部のツアーでは対応が残念で気持ちが落ち込む出来事もありました。しかしホテルの皆さんの温かいおもてなしのおかげで、その気持ちも吹き飛び、西表島での滞在を心から楽しむことができました 設備面では、ロビーで靴を脱ぐスタイルや、スタッフや宿泊者の皆さんと自然に挨拶を交わす雰囲気など、ホテルというより少し民宿のような温かさがあります。豪華さを求める方には少しイメージが違うかもしれませんが、その分、人の温かさを感じられる居心地の良いホテルです。不自由に感じることは一切ありませんでした。 ロビーから浜へ出る道が最高でした！ 本当にすぐです！5秒！ 浜もとても素敵でした！！！ そして、晩御飯に困ることが多いので、レストランはぜひ利用されることをおすすめします。 屋上からの夜空はぜひ楽しんでください！ これから宿泊される方へのアドバイスとしては、 ▶︎音に敏感な方は海側のお部屋がおすすめです。山側のお部屋は夜になるとカエルの大合唱が始まるため、音に敏感な方は眠りが浅くなることもあるかもしれません。 ▶︎他の方も書かれていたように、正面入口が分かりづらく標識も少ないため、裏口側に来てしまうと正面入口へ行くのが少し分かりにくいです。私は力尽きて裏口から電話しました。 特にバスで来られる方は、そのまま直進すると裏口側に着きますのでご注意ください。 長旅で到着される方は、「正面入口へ行く」と意識してGoogleマップを見ながら向かわれることをおすすめします。 3泊ではまったく足りないと思えるほど魅力的な西表島。その滞在をさらに特別なものにしてくださったホテル星立の皆さんに、心から感謝しています。また西表島を訪れる際には、ぜひ宿泊したいホテルです。

ホテルの目の前が砂浜で天気がよければ屋上から沈む夕陽、夜は星空がきれいに見えます。 エレベーターはありませんが部屋は広く、朝食無料がありがたいです。 ビュッフェではなく定食スタイルなのも良かったです。 有料になりますが、夕食も頼むことが出来るので1日遊んで帰ってきてからホテルで食事を済ませてあとはのんびりすごせます。
ドライヤー、セキュリティボックス、テレビなど備品は一通り揃ってます。
ベッドのほかイス、ミニテーブルもありました。
天気が良ければ沈む夕日が屋上から見えます。

綺麗な広いお部屋でした。最近リフォームされたのでしょうか、壁紙や水回りは新しい感じでした。オーシャンビューではなくフォレストビューのお部屋でしたが、木がちょうど目の前に茂っていて良い感じでした。目の前には美しい浜辺があり、散歩や読書を楽しみました。また宿泊したいです。

女一人旅で三日間滞在させていただきました。一言で言って最高のホテルでした。まず、ホテルのオーナーご家族のお人柄が素晴らしく、いつも笑顔で丁寧に対応してくださいました。時間のある時は島の歴史なども話してくださり、またとない経験になりました。 ホテルの目の前は美しい海。夕陽が美しく沈んでいきます。特記すべきは圧倒される星空。天の川がくっきり見え、こぼれ落ちそうなぐらいです。ホテルの屋上に登ると、さらにはっきりと星空が見えて、寝そべって最高な時間を過ごしました。 ヨーロッパからのお客さんも多く友達になり夕食を囲みました。 部屋は毎日綺麗に清掃され、お風呂には湯船もありました。朝ごはんも夕ご飯も美味しかったです。 最後に『またいらっしゃい』と言われたので、必ずまた伺います！本当に素晴らしい休日をありがとうございました！
