The hotel was beautiful, with helpful English speaking staff who do their very best to communicate well and help in every way they can. The pool area is boisterous with many happy families, so we'd say this is a great option if you have children. The room was also incredibly clean, well appointed and surprisingly spacious with a lovely view of a garden with koi pond below. Breakfast included was ok. Buffet dinner 5000 Yen is not worth it. Cold meat.. The pool has a good temperature, but sun-beds could be better. Onsen was also ok. Some people had tattoos, ❤️ but I don't think it was allowed. It's a bar with a view on good days. Drinks a little more pricey than other places. If u choose no room cleaning you got a coupon for the cafe or shop.
