Brilliant hotel, excellent service and breakfast through our stay. Perfect location and great beach service. We would definitely stay again.

Fabulous stay ! After original confusion of room category, which the team handles exceptionally well (thank you !) we had the most wonderful stay. Spent most of our time poolside, great service and wonderful vibes pre carnival. Reception and concierge team always present and welcoming and warm. Breakfast was excellent in quality and service (maybe better to use the restaurant downstairs instead on the one on the first floor though as a little dark). Poolside bar tender is very good. Very attentive and makes a mean Caiprihina. Reception was speedy and loved the advance check in link to add my details

The best of the 4 hotels we stayed in during our visit to Rio. The only one that wasn’t full of mosquitoes ☺️ lovely rooftop pool made it feel like a holiday vs hostel.. good air conditioning too.

Very clean, friendly staff, we loved everything!! I asked the staff to hold our bags and they were really nice and polite. The only thing I would complain is the air conditioner really high but when I asked them to put it down, they did :)

Great hotel, unfortunately it was high summer in Rio and there were lots of families, normally we would go to adult only hotel during school holidays, our mistake for not checking. I am sure the experience would have been different in the off season, also this hotel is a conference hotel

Good flexibility wheelchair and bathroom

The location is excellent. A much quieter section of Copcabana.Staff at very good and helpful. Metro about 20min walk. Good places to eat near by. Would definitely stay here again. They do put a charge on your credit card at check in rather than just take card details. Would have been helpful to know this before hand as could have been a problem if not enough credit.

Good value in a city where it is hard to find good hotels. Very modern room, very clean and friendly. Small pool but very close to the beach. Excellent breakfast
