A first class, really different B&B. Lovely old building filled with amazing furniture and a lovely collection of quirky items, both inside and outside the house. Stuart and all his staff gave us a very warm welcome. They were very attentive and friendly which gave us a very relaxing stay. We also enjoyed our meals. We had a lovely room with a view over the hills.

Our third stay in the apartment. As usual a very handy place in the centre of the Village. Lovely pub next door.

Loved the fact our little old dog was made welcome, bed, biscuits, bowl and poo bags, he loved his stay 😀

Cute accommodation, clean and comfortable with a great place for breakfast and lunch close by. Easily walkable into Inverurie and somewhere I’d definitely recommend for a short break.

Excellent nice and friendly place to stay

A gorgeous manor house-style hotel with so much charm! The staff were really helpful and welcoming, the bar was cosy and the continental breakfast was lovely. There are beautiful walks nearby, and the town is only a 10-minute drive away. Would happily recommend!

Attended an event at the hotel and then stayed the night. Room was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice in the bar and not silly prices. Breakfast was excellent, as were the views.

The Sweet Donside Cabins are a little piece of heaven in Scotland, everything we could possible need was provided, we stayed in the Little Love Nest and the way it was decorated was absolutely amazing the added touches of pictures and ornaments was second to none, Lizzie and Brent are amazing hosts. Everything was spotless, the hot tub was ready as soon as we arrived and was such a treat with the lights all around the decking area. Each cabin is very private even though they are next to each...

We had a room on the lower floor with doors out to a patio and table and chairs. Room was excellent. Large spacious bathroom with large shower and separate deep bath. Room was spotless and could not fault anything.

This was a fantastic place to relax, although a little dated the room was spotless and comfortable. The staff were marvellous and nothing was too much trouble. We didn’t have breakfast but had lunch and dinner a few times, the food was delicious, especially the fish specials, they are definitely worth a try. You can sit outside in the evening and really enjoy the sea air, love this part of the world and the seal beach which is a short distance from the hotel.

Throughly enjoyed our stay, everything in the welcome pack we needed and more! Will definitely be back.

Stayed here a few times now when a concert is on and it is fabulous. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely & clean. Room service is great. Overall a fab experience every time.
