"Clean, modern, excellent location easy near the OST station. Breakfast was great lovely buffet with hot and cold options. Even had chocolate bunny on Easter Sunday!! Would stay again. Tea/coffee in room, bathroom clean. Room was large and very nicely decorated. Staff friendly, Bar was great too. "

"Property has no air conditioning and radiators were on in the room. I was able to turn one off and after requesting help on the second was told it was locked and as low as possible. Slept with balcony door open and provided fan. Stay was April 6 and 7. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Hapimag Resort Interlaken and it was an excellent choice for our family of five. The room was very large and thoughtfully laid out, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and unwind after busy days exploring the area. The location was ideal—conveniently situated between both train stations, which made getting around incredibly easy. It was also within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and everything Interlaken has to offer. One of the standout features was the view—absolutely amazing and a perfect backdrop to our stay. Overall, a comfortable, spacious, and well-located option for families. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Nice staff, Clean room but very basic. The family apartment is in a total different building with no elevator not connected to the hotel, you have to walk in the alley to get there. Breakfast is average to below average. Food is not labeled. "

"Location is great to get around Interlaken and explore either the city itself or grab a train to the surrounding areas. Breakfast was standard spread but also freshly made items on request. Everything was delicious. Staff were super helpful and pleasant, we had iffy weather and they had pamphlets on rainy/cloudy day options which we took advantage of. No issues during our stay since it was chilly but people did mention lack of AC in the summer being a problem - that said, we had many windows and two balconies in our room, probably would be fine with a fan. Lastly, the spa was great, small sauna but you can reserve it if you want a specific time, the remainder of the spa area is public so it's not like you reserve the entire spa for yourself (there was some confusion with another couple staying at the hotel). And the foot baths... Amazing after hiking all day. Overall, more of an eclectic place than I imagined, looked like an antique store at times but did not seem like a "can't touch anything in this place" vibe. Had a great time and would stay again."

"Good location both from Interlaken west and Ost. Receptionist was very kind and suggested great local restaurants, which I tried and felt really satisfied with. For property, a bit scared with stairs at night due to no light. Besides, heard noises and talks from a room adjacent to my room."
