The unit had 3 separate bedrooms and a full size pull out sofa. First, we absolutely loved being right by the train station. After long days of day trips by train, it was really nice to be "right there" when getting back. The grocery store right next door was also so convenient for just a few quick things to have on hand for the kids. The apartment is super spacious and I absolutely loved having a washer/dryer, even a whole laundry room. Such a great amenity when traveling with kids. They provided the pods as well. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with the basics, although we really didn't use it much The bathrooms were stocked with products, the daily housekeeping was great, and the beds were actually very comfortable! The staff were great with communication (so easy via WhatsApp). Every staff member we met was super helpful with helping us figure out the train, making sightseeing recommendations, and making dinner reservations. It is just a short walk to Interlaken Ost station, making it so easy to visit Jungfraujoch, Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnen. There is also a Coop supermarket right across the street. ​The apartment is huge, very clean, and has a separate laundry room. The beds are extremely comfortable and the amenities are complete. Great room, however they require a 500CHF security deposit upfront, and does not refund you immediately at checkout. Its been almost 1 month and I have yet to receive my deposit back - they said there is an issue with their payment provider, however, even after giving them my bank account details, they are not responsive in returning your money. It should not take an additional 2 weeks to process a bank transfer.
