"Breakfast was poor and very underwhelming"

"We arrived at 1 as we planned with the staff. We were given a room at 4:30 at the top of 6 flights of stairs with a telephone that didn’t work to call the desk. The room had no air but radiated heat, so it was uncomfortable at night. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. They actually carrier our luggage up those 6 flights of stairs. We couldn’t ask for nicer people. The couch in the room was extremely low quality and the only thing to set on if you wanted to watched the television that could not be watched from beds. The towel warmer didn’t work and beware of children taking a shower. I honestly believe someone could be seriously burn themselves in the shower. "

"The room was large, clean and comfortable, with a great view. The staff were lovely and helpful and the breakfast was really good. The hotel itself was nice but would benefit from a freshen up. Some of the decor needed touching up or redecoration."
