"We were looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay near Edinburgh, but unfortunately, this accommodation didn’t meet those expectations. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever tried to sleep on- uneven with no support, and if you shifted around too much, you’d hit the hard base underneath (ouch!). The bathroom door handle also came straight off just from opening it and the electric kettle looked like it was never cleaned. The biggest issue was the noise: there was live music...

"Great communication from Sandaig for check in and key details. Lovely, comfortable and clean room with fabulous en suite facilities and very quiet. A welcome decanter of sherry greeted us in the room which was a lovely surprise. Walking distance into Leith, Ocean Terminal and less than 5 minutes to buses that take just 20 minutes to the Royal Mile. Great location and very reasonable price. Recommend very highly and will definitely stay here again. "
