-30 night minimum (except during BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament) Local taxes apply to approved short-term stays and will be requested after booking if not reflected in the booking cost.

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through abnb
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

The neighborhood was very lovely. The house was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the grill and outside sitting areas. We plan to visit again.
