"I was shown to my room, it looked like it had never been cleaned, at least 4 spiders in the bathroom at first glance, webs everywhere. Ants on the floor, in the bed, on the tables (where I was expected to eat). No soap or toiletries as stated on the website. The bathroom light didn't even work, I had to use a headtorch despite reporting it to staff. I went to ask where the facilities were because noone said anything to me. "The pictures on your booking site are not at all a true reflection of the hotel. The hotel was dirty, bedding and pillows were also dirty. Shower in the bathroom did not work they replaced this with a bucket and cup. The way window in the bedroom was broken which they couldn’t fixed, so their solution was the draw the curtains to fix the problem. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"The property is located at walking distance fro the T2. If you don't have much luggage, walking is the best option and fastest. The room we got was spacious and an excellent bathroom and bed. We took the hotel car for airport drop off and it was reasonably priced, expecially compared to the conveneince and Uber price at that location and time. We stayed only few hours before our early morning internation flight...therefore could not enjoy the facilities as much as we would have wished. Also, it is for the same reason, we cannot comment about food as we did not have time to get a meal there. But we will happily stay there again to and from our international trio through T2."
