"I had a great stay at LVG Hotel in Bergamo. The location was extremely convenient and made it very easy to get around the area.
What really stood out was the level of service from the front desk and housekeeping staff. The front desk was always friendly, helpful, and accommodating whenever I needed assistance. Daily housekeeping was also excellent. No matter what time of day I left my room or needed it attended to, the housekeeping team always made the effort to accommodate my schedule and...

The hotel is excellent - our only problem (and it is quite a major one) is that it was not easy to find. We could not find geographical co-ordinates on its website and the small lane it is in was not known to our Garmin satnav. But having found the hotel we were fully satisfied

Set on the banks of Lake di Annone this superb hotel was just what we needed. Quiet, exclusive & with amazing service.
We had a signature suite, so we had a hot tub with a huge wrap around balcony. Our super king size bed overlooked the lake with double aspect windows, which was wonderful to wake up to.
The staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating.
We ate in the Michelin* restaurant in the hotel. We booked our room very last minute & so initially they said they couldn’t fit us in...

The only drawback is that the hotel is located near a busy roundabout, but unless you open the windows, you can barely hear anything.
Easy free parking next to the hotel.
Excellent value for money, friendly staff who speak several languages.
Wide selection at breakfast.
We will definitely be back

Romantic weekend away - loved the Spa facilities, very relaxing. Breakfast superb, relaxing ambiance on the hotel, interesting art décor. Soothing stay. 5 minute walk to railway station - commute to lots of locations - 1hr by train to Milan. 2 minute walk to supermarket with very cheap wine/Prosecco/Pironi/Snacks.
ice Indian restaurant in Bergamo / would recommend eating in 'old Bergamo town' - we missed this opportunity.

Really enjoyed our time here. Really well ran and the staff are extremely attentive. Rooms are very good with no faults and tastefully decorated.
The hotel smells amazing, the foyer is clean and tidy. Staff are happy to be help where they can.
Breakfast is really really good. Something for everyone. Maybe could be cleaner about ordering cappuccinos/other drinks.
Lifts can be a pain, sometimes they will randomly stop (numerous times we would input floor 7 and end up at 5 - no one outside had...

Excellent hotel near airport. Would need taxi or car as couldn't walk there. Cost €25.
Used shuttle back to airport which worked well. It would be good if shuttle was available more often. Breakfast was ok. Would stay again but next room level up as no tea/coffee/kettle in basic room which was disappointing. Other than that the room very comfortable.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable room, we had a lovely view of the river and mountains, the beds and pillows were very comfortable also. There was a fridge in the room, a large flat screen TV, and the shower was good with hot water any time of the day.
The breakfast was amazing with everything and more included, continental but you would not think so with eggs, bacon, sausage cooked meats, cheeses, freshly baked rolls, cereals, not to mention all the pastries and cakes and panacotta...
