"Room was good. Aircon kept it at an acceptable temp (hotel was otherwise on the warm side). Sadly the food let it down. Both of the breakfasts I had were cold. The evening meal (function meal) was also cold. Staff were generally very good, but were let down by breakfast staff on the second day - had to ask twice for poached eggs. A lovely traditional hotel, let down by things which should be very easy to fix. I would return. "

"Ideal location for Ashford international tram station. Can walk into town and cinema within 10mins/15 max. Curious brewery opposite is lovely. Great breakfast included lots of choice and nice rooms. Low bed. Gym looked but forgot my trainers. £12.50 a day to park."
