my wife & i stayed at kintrae while walking the moray coastal trail and we both agreed jackie & mike were the most down to earth & welcoming hosts out of all our other stopovers that week, lovely couple. both jackie & mike very informative re the area (thanks for the heads up re the bengal we had a lovely meal there). very comfortable nights sleep and a superb breakfast which set us up for our walk to cullen that day, thanks guys.

Charming hotel with delicious food! The Cullen skink was delicious, as was the steak pie and venison. Breakfast the next day was also fantastic. The staff were lovely and very attentive and efficient. The bar had a great choice of beers and gins. Room 8 has fantastic views as is dual aspect. We will be back :-)

This would be our second visit to the station. This time we opted for a suite. The hotel itself is stunning , quiet , beautifully decorated, and relaxing. Our suite was spacious and well decorated. The highlight of the stay, apart from the amazing food, is the staff. The three team members that looked after us were kind, polite and attentive. A first class, really different B&B. Lovely old building filled with amazing furniture and a lovely collection of quirky items, both inside and outside the house. The house and rooms were very clean so when I first went into the house, I was almost about to take off my shoes as a Japanese !! I could sleep better here than anywhere else, even better than at my house. Breakfast was also excellent. Haggis is now my favorite food ! Thank you for everything !!

Really lovely house with amazing owners who can’t do enough for you, who were also great for local recommendations. The room was beautiful, the communal areas are stunning and a great place to chill out in the evening with a book and a whisky! The breakfast was superb! A lovely stay!

Arriving here last Monday , the lady on reception was most professional and courteous , explaining where the breakfast would be , the whisky room , the restaurant etc .. my room was detailed as a single ( snug ? ) room and it was perfect for my needs as an overnight stop single traveller . A gorgeous manor house-style hotel with so much charm! The staff were really helpful and welcoming, the bar was cosy and the continental breakfast was lovely. There are beautiful walks nearby, and the town is only a 10-minute drive away. Would happily recommend!
