"Lack of kitchen facilities on 23rd March was disappointing but managed by customer facing staff reasonably well. The hotel facilities are looking tired (eg fireplace in lounge covered in dust and fluff). Opportunities missed to champion Yorkshire produce (food, drink, souvenirs, Newspapers etc) at what could be Yorkshire Coasts premier hotel. Our first return visit since Covid and somewhat disappointed. Would be happy to speak with Management if they are interested in Customer feedback."

"Huge car park. Access to load and unload car. Very dog friendly, beaut snacks for dogs in reception. Staff were lovely and friendly. Room 201 fabulous room, view was breath taking. Lovely toiletries in room. Bed was huge and so comfy. Meal was lovely, breakfast was very tasty. Loads of walks from hotel. We will definitely be back. Will be recommending to our friends and family "

"Not very helpful on front desk. Was 10 minutes early and wanted £10 before they would give us our home. I stood and waited with a dog a 5 year child for 10 minutes,,, shocking service "
