I can not say enough good thigs about this place. The receptionist Charlotte was super welcoming, friendly and extremley helpful. Natalie the house keep was really accomodating and asked if there was anything extra we needed like: shampoo, towels, pillows. Great staff and a great stay, the room was good, the bed was comfy and the room smelled amazing and was very clean. Def book this place! I would def book this place again.

Very clean room and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. Shower is a bit of a dribble and you need to bring your own soap or shower gel. No breakfast but there's options just around the corner. A great pub with lots of beers on offer from their own brewery. I'd happily go back.

Great place to stay. Spacious quiet rooms, lovely lobby bar, everything quite new and comfy. The only one issue: no electricity plugs by the bed, what was really strange.

Our second time here so had no concerns about coming again. Again everything was p to expectation and it was great value for money.

Would highly recommend staying at the Gonalston Boutique. Not only was the room beautiful and clean, and the breakfast delicious, but the owner was the most wonderful host. She made us feel very welcome and was lovely to chat with. My only disappointment is with myself, that I did not discover this excellent place sooner! We will definitely be back. No issues with it, nice cozy little self contained flat. TV available, beds comfy and clean. Bathroom was lovely.

Check-in was very efficient. Room was a good size and clean. TV was a bit small but good picture quality. All staff were very friendly. Location is very central and convenient for sights and shopping. Car park is attached and convenient. Good selection and quality at breakfast.

Rooms were very nice decorated, clean and comfortable. All Covid-19 with extra cleaning and fabulous huge walk in shower. Would visit this Holiday Inn again, one of the nicest I have stayed in.

The cleanliness, especially at this time, the attention and politeness you get from the staff and the peacefulness of the area it is set in.

The hotel is on a large estate standing in impressive grounds. Our room was on the first floor and you walked along a balcony type corridor overlooking the bar to reach it. The room was warm, comfortable and inviting with lots of little extras like water, tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits plus in the bathroom, soap, shower cap, shoe cleaning sponge. In the room TV and free WiFi. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bar food enjoyable. Would happily stay at this hotel again.

The hotel room was perfect and the bed was so comfy. The only down side was we were kept up the entire night by teenagers having a party in there room a few doors from us (although they could be heard from anywhere in the hotel) and I was quite shocked to have not received an apology from the staff.

The management, front of house, waiting and cleaning staff where all very polite and extremely helpful. The room which was on the M1 and A38 side of the hotel had excellent triple glazing so we experienced no noise at all. It was a large room that was air conditioned with a big radiator and a fan plus all the of the other items you expect in a hotel room. The breakfast offered was excellent and wide ranging in its provision, from carnivores to vegetarians and vegans, from fried breakfasts...

Only stayed for one night on way home, wished was longer. Fabulous hotel in a lovely setting that would be a perfect base for local attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful, room great with gorgeous view and breakfast excellent. Arrived late but squeezed in a drink at bar...food menu looked good.

This is truly a wonderful hotel to stay I've stayed in hundreds of hotels This is in my top 3 to stay in If I'm ever working in Sheffield area again. I'll have no hesitation in booking this wonderful hotel The food is so well presented and taste delicious. Also I would like to make a serious point that the staff are so helpful polite and above all can't do enough for you It so wonderful Five stars to all
