"Stayed in a club room, which is their best choice of room. Everything good would have liked a fridge in the room. Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Would stay again."

"The Gables has only been open 2 weeks. We were met with a warm welcome. Our room was comfortable and most importantly clean. We had a meal for dinner. Quite affordable and basic food. Think this area needs some tweaking. A most affordable stop over in Gretna."

"Beautiful, very clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Quilt wasn't very warm however we put the radiator on and soon warmed up. We can definitely recommend this beautiful place for a meal or stayover"
