"Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly!
We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!"
"This hotel is total disaster. The rooms was cold and when we told that nobody even bothered to fix it. The food was almost impossible to eat. Not possibilities to park near hotel. Don't recommended att all"
"This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. "

"Beautiful hotel! The location is perfect as across the street starts downtown & ski lift is near by! I love the views from the room! Super beautiful! The one downside is the inside accessibility in regards to getting to your room, there are a lot of stairs up & down leading to rooms. Beautiful rooms & staff is super nice!!!! The buffet was awesome as well! Definitely recommend!!!! I will be returning. "
"A short walk to the main strip with restaurants and bars. Easy street parking. The room and bathroom was pretty dated, but comfortable. No aircon or fan if visiting in Summer, but the mountain weather kept things cool enough to sleep."
"We (three adults) stayed in a two-storey mezzanine room and it was the perfect accommodation for our ski holiday. There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The decor of the room and whole hotel is lovely, very cozy and feels very ski-esk. Breakfast was included too which includes cold and hot food. The selection was quite random, but we all enjoyed it every morning. The spa / pool area is lovely and clean. You could spend a good few hours relaxing in there.
The location is perfect. The hotel is just located off the main street with bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the gondola too.
The only cons really were that we weren’t sure which room we actually booked as this wasn’t very clear when booking. I managed to get in touch with the hotel and they confirmed this for us. Also there’s no kettle in the room, we bought our own travel one.
100% recommend for a ski holiday. "

"This is a very clean well located property my and my twins (17 years old) stayed here through the Uk school holidays.Communication with the owner and property manager via WhatsApp was great . The place whilst cosy was clean and had everything we needed to get by.The shops and bars are close expect a little music at night but it’s not terrible it’s just part of being in the center.We drove so parked in the safe car park below the property.The swimming pool was great just the thing we needed after a day on the snow.Also I found the property manager to be very helpful and accommodating when we needed help.Highly recommended "
"We have stayed at this hotel two years in a row. The hotel is well located for access to the Gondola. The rooms are clean, albeit a little dated. The spa is an added bonus after a day on the slopes and the included breakfast is good. "
"We really enjoyed staying at Saint George’s Palace. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. Great swimming pool and spa area. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Great to have shuttle bus to gondola. "
