"Very clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and polite. Everything seemed great although Sunday night is popular in the pool with kids so less relaxing and burger in the bar was dry and overdone with a burnt bun, edible but if I was less hungry would have sent it back."

"Location is excellent, right next to the quay, overlooking the water. Lovely big room, good restaurant and bar. Car parking but also just a short walk from the station. We attended a concert in Lincoln Castle, a 10 minute walk from hotel."

"A wonderful stay at the Lincoln hotel. We went to see Sting at Lincoln Castle the Lincoln Hotel was a perfect choice as within walking distance of the venue. Not to mention the hotel overlooks the Cathedral and gives stunning views of it. We decided at the last minute to eat in the hotel the food was top rate but i felt a bit sorry for the one lady running the whole thing however it was a tuesday night so maybe usually on weekdays they are not so busy. Breakfast was excellent and a lot more staff evident and seeing to everyone's needs so maybe the hotel had compensated for the night before. A really lovely stay. We will definitely go again. "

"Very comfortable room and bathroom with all that one needs and furnished to a high standard. Good selection of hot and cold breakfast food which was well presented and constantly re-stocked. Car park fills rapidly, so used the multi-storey 100 metres away which worked out very well. "

"My husband and I would like to recommend, in the highest terms, Sam, who seemed to be in charge of everything. She was cool, calm and extremely efficient. We were very impressed with her, from the fact that she changed our room so that we would be less disturbed by the inevitable functions that were on at the time of our stay, to remembering what we like to drink and being so cheerful and friendly at all times. "Beautiful hotel - lovely room with area for the bed and then a lounge area. Bathroom is super spacious with a bath and separate shower. Great atmosphere in the bar, like a sing-a-long duo belting out bangers and basically the whole bar joining in and having a little dance. Just across the street from entrance to Leeds Castle when we attended a music concert. Very impressed by Lincoln itself. "
