"Beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly. If you are taking a cruise and you have the dough there is nothing more convenient. You are within steps of boarding the boat and the hotel takes your bags onto the ship for a reasonably gratuity. I would 100% go back"

"Loved it! Great location. Great place, quiet. Close to everything. The place was very comfortable and well appointed. Awesome bathroom. Comfy bed. Great kitchenette. Easy access. Immaculate common areas. Can't stress enough how much I loved the location, right in Gastown! I hope to return next time I'm in YVR! Loved it!"

"The Exchange Hotel was very conveniently located to Canada Place where we were to board our cruise. It took less than 10 minutes to walk. The hotel itself was spotless and well appointed. There was always someone at the entry to help with elevators, answer questions and greet us with a smile. The room was quite comfortable. I would recommend this hotel especially if you want something close to the cruise terminal."
